In general, a person younger than the age of 21 will not be allowed to use the mobile solution. However, there are exceptions to this and they are:

  2. The person younger than 21 is considered of legal age in the jurisdiction he/she resides in and provides Halza with such information and proof. (Provide documentations here.)

With a paid subscription, you will be able to store and access your medical data anytime, anywhere and communicate with your doctors and caregivers. A free subscription as a Halza follower only lets you communicate with your friends through chats and certain emojis. To find out more about the different plans, click here.

The Halza app is available for iPhones and Android phones (OS 5.1 or above).

2. Subscription

If your subscription ends and you have decided not to re-subscribe, you will still be able to enjoy the mobile solution as a Follower. In that case, features and functions that are associated with medical data, including your own data will be no longer available.

Hence, it is advisable to export your data before the end of your subscription. Should you forget to export your data before the end of your subscription, don’t worry, your medical records will be kept on file for an additional 4 months after expiration of your subscription. Feel free to contact us here to help retrieve your records.

We apologize that circumstances have made you undertake this course of action. However, we do not provide refunds after you have made payment with us.

3. Mobile solution

There are two ways you can remove your medicine.

Method 1 – You can set the End Date and Time when you are adding your new medication. Upon the End date and Time, the medication will be removed automatically into Archives.

Method 2 –

  1. Under the Dashboard tab, tap Medicine
  2. Tap on the Edit
  3. Tap on the medication you want to remove.

Tap on Remove on the top right corner.

  3. Tap Set Medicine Reminder
  4. Tap Add Another Time and set time of the reminder
  5. Tap days you want to be reminded

  3. Add medicine information
  4. Tap Done

Yes, you can change your profile name, but it is advisable to use your actual name instead of an alias. This is to ensure accuracy of your medical information and to avoid confusion for your doctors.

By default, only you and the doctors on your doctor list can see the information on your Dashboard tab. However, you can also share with non-Halza doctors. To do so:

  1. Tap the “QuickShare” button on the Dashboard page.
  2. Fill in the details.
  3. Tap the button in the top right corner to submit

 

You can also choose to give each of your Circles access to specific information. To do so:

  1. Tap on a Vital Sign that you have added.
  2. Tap on “Viewed only by”
  3. Select the Circles you choose to give access
  4. Tap “Done” in the top right corner

The Image Icon gives you access to your image & DICOM version of Lab Reports.

The Dashboard tab has all your medical information organized to help you keep track of any health-related matters based on your requested parameters.

4. Data, privacy & security

As a Proxy

To get access to the Subscriber’s account, the proxy has to first contact Halza to make a request

The request will be verified by the Halza Admin and upon verification, an email will be sent with instructions to the Proxy on how to access the Subscriber’s account.

As a Verifying Party

If and when there is a request by the Proxy to gain access to a Subscriber’s account, the Verifying Party will be contacted by the Halza Admin to verify the validity of the circumstances.

If, at any time, the VP objects to taking control of the Subscriber’s account by the Proxy, the VP is to contact Halza immediately.

DCM is the short name for DICOM which stands for Digital Imaging and Communications. It is the standard file format for your medical images such as radiography, ultrasound, CT Scan.

To upload DICOM files onto our solution. Please request your doctor to download your medical images onto a disc or USB Stick.

Halza places you in control of your health. Healthcare is about you. Hence, you own your data and you decide who to share it with.

Halza collects the appropriate data to respond to your queries, requests and feedback, in order to   maintain your account and to provide you with the functions of our solution. Please refer to our Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement for more details.

5. Getting started

In the unfortunate event of your incapacitation or passing, a proxy will be able to take over and administer your account. A Verifying Party is also required to verify your incapacity or passing. To assign a proxy:

  1. Tap on the gear icon in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Tap on “Proxy”.
  3. Select “Yes” when prompted.
  4. Select your proxy from the list provided.
  5. Select “Yes” when prompted.
  6. Select a verifying party from the list provided.
  7. Select “Yes” when prompted.

Your Vital Signs can be shared with Friends and Circles. To share a Vital Sign via Feed or Emoji Blast®, simply:

  1. Tap on the Vital Sign you wish to share.
  2. Tap on the icon in the top right-hand corner.
  3. Select either the “Feed” or “Emoji Blast®” icon.
  4. Choose a Circle to share with and add a message, if you wish.
  5. Tap “Share” in the top right-hand corner and you’re done!

To share your medical records with your doctor:

  1. Under Dashboard, tap on the “QuickShare” button, near the top left of your screen.
  2. Fill in the blanks with the required details.
  3. Tap the icon in the top right-hand corner to submit.
  4. Share the 4-digit PIN with your doctor to enable access.

To upload Medical Records, simply:

  1. Tap on the “Records” button on the Dashboard page.
  2. Tap the icon in the top right-hand corner.
  3. Add a Record Title.
  4. Tap the icon in the top right-hand corner.
  5. Tap the “Add New Data” button to upload a file.
  6. If necessary, edit the date and add a note.
  7. Tap “Done” in the top right-hand corner to submit.

To add a new Circle, simply:

  1. Tap on the Circles icon on the right of your navigation bar at the bottom of your screen.
  2. Tap the “+” in the right-hand corner of your screen.
  3. Select the Friends you want to add to the circle.
  4. Add a Circle Name at the bottom of the page.
  5. Tap “Create”, and you’re done!

 

To edit a Circle, simply:

  1. On the Circles page, tap the “Edit” button on the top of the page.
  2. You can either:

-Tap on the “Trash” button to delete a Circle

-Tap on the arrows to rearrange the order of your Circles

-Tap on a Circle to add a Friend by tapping on the icon in the top right-hand corner. Select as many Friends as you want and tap “Add” when done.

 

To add Friends to your Circle:

  1. On the Circles page, tap on the Circle you wish to add a Friend to.
  2. Tap on the icon in the top right-hand corner.
  3. Select as many Friends as you want and tap “Add” when done.

 

Please note that the default circles, Supporters and Everyone, cannot be deleted. You can only delete the Circles you create.

 

To add a Friend, simply:

  1. Tap on the Friends icon in the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen.
  2. Tap on the icon in the top right-hand corner
  3. Enter a name in the search bar
  4. Tap the “Invite” button and tap select “Yes” when prompted.

 

To delete a Friend, simply:

  1. Tap on the Friends icon in the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen.
  2. Tap on the “Unfriend” icon to the right of your Friend’s name.
  3. Select “Yes” when prompted.

To add Parameters, simply:

  1. Go to Dashboard, tap the “+” icon next to Vital Signs
  2. Select the Health Parameters you want to add
  3. Tap “Done” in the top right corner
